Gozo D.O.K ‘Superior’
This Gozo Red Syrah is produced from selected grapes with an average yield of 47 hL per hectare from the Ta’ Mena vineyards in Marsalforn Valley. It is fermented and matured for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. It is a dry and full bodied wine with delicate tannins presenting a deep red colour with a very long after taste.
It is best served at 17° with red meat dishes and rich and delicate desserts.
