Gozo D.O.K ‘Superior’
Serkuzan and Syrah
This red wine is produced from hand-picked selected grapes with an average yield of 47 hL per hectare from the Ta’ Mena Estate in the Marsalforn Valley.
It is fermented and matured for 12 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling it is aged for at least one year in our cellars. It presents a dry and full bodied Mediterranean taste with delicate tannins. It has a deep red colour and is very well balanced with a long after taste.
It is best served at 17°C with rich pasta and red meat dishes.
