Gozo D.O.K ‘Superior’
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
This red wine is produced from 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grown and handpicked from the Ta’ Mena Estate in the Marsalforn Valley. This wine presents a very intense red colour with hints of mature red pulp fruit. It is fermented and matured in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After bottling it is aged for at least one year in our cellars.
It is best served at 17°C with red meat dishes.
